On Thursday 12th March the whole school were treated to a performance from The Demon Barbers, a band from Yorkshire- part of the Breaking Tradition Collective. Their music fused folk and hip-hop, old and modern, with skilful clog-dancing and exciting break-dancing! After the concert Year 2 took part in workshops with the band, learning the basics of sword dancing(not real swords!), break-dancing, clog-dancing and beat-boxing. Great fun and loads of learning was had by all!
