The children have worked together to make their own soup. After tasting different vegetables they designed what they would like in their soup. The children then worked at peeling and chopping the vegetables before they were cooked. There was some great effort trying the soup and lots of children enjoyed it. Later, the children thought about what was great about the soup and how they could improve it if they made it again.
